Gender-Affirming Resources

Gender-Affirming Care (GAC) at Equitas Health

We start by listening. You and your provider will work together on building a treatment plan that meets your unique needs.

Click here to connect to a GAC provider. You can also reach out to us directly by phone, email or stopping in our office. We will connect you to someone who can help you get the care you need.

  • Managing your healthcare can be a full-time job. Figuring out how to pay for it shouldn’t have to be the side hustle. It is our job to make sure you can afford your care.
  • We can also help you connect to mental health and recovery services, including:
    • individual counseling
    • group counseling
    • support groups
    • addiction treatment
