Visit https://equitashealth.com/primarycare/ to get connected to a primary care provider OR you can reach out to us directly and we will connect you to a GAC navigator who will lead you through getting started on whatever care you need.
Next, you and the provider can decide what type of gender-affirming care is right for you. Even without insurance, they can provide a flexible payment option or link you to insurance such as Medicaid or a marketplace plan.
Mental healthcare is also available including support groups and individual therapy, though a waitlist is currently being used for all counselors.
